Viola Diermayr works as a Consultant in Organizational Development, specializing in training, assessment, and potential analyses, as well as in Executive & Expert Search. As a certified work and organizational psychologist with a master’s degree in social psychology, she combines solid psychological expertise with sensitivity and a clear understanding of people and organizations.
With infectious enthusiasm, innovative spirit, and empathy, she approaches her work in a customer-oriented and appreciative manner. Within the team, she actively promotes health and physical activity in the workplace and leads the Corporate Volunteering Program in cooperation with the MUT Association, fostering social engagement within the company.
Her professional journey began as an early childhood educator and evolved through roles in healthcare, hospitality, and the cultural and creative industries, forming a diverse and well-rounded professional background. Before joining Pendl Piswanger, she gained experience in workshop facilitation and coaching, areas she continues to pursue with great motivation.
Through her ongoing further education — including hypnosystemic counseling (Milton Erickson Institute Heidelberg under Dr. Gunther Schmidt) and professional communication and conversation techniques (with Prof. Weisbach) — she brings additional depth and psychological precision to her work.
