After completing his psychology degree and working in the labor market policy sector in Graz and Styria, Mr. Thomas Posawetz moved to Vienna in 1994 and has been with P&P ever since. Initially, he served as an assistant to Peter Pendl, focusing on outplacement. Now, for over 25 years, he has been actively engaged in the consulting field as a Senior Consultant, primarily catering to manufacturing companies, clients in the construction and construction-related industries, as well as those in real estate, architecture, and the service sector.
In addition to his passion for sports (running and athletics), he appreciates good literature and is an enthusiast of the visual arts.
