After completing her degree in psychology with a specialization in industrial psychology, Susanna Pawlowsky embarked on her career in personnel consulting at Hill Woltron, where she spent seven years acquiring the fundamental skills necessary for the recruitment process.
In 1993, she transitioned to P&P, where, alongside her core responsibilities of 'implementing recruitment projects for clients,' she particularly focused on building comprehensive expertise in the automotive, energy, electrical engineering, and machinery/plant construction industries. She also developed a deep understanding in areas such as executive coaching, outplacement consulting, personnel marketing, and potential analysis.
