Thomas Seilern-Aspang graduated from the business university and got the theoretical knowledge for his further career.

This started in the family business of a conveyor system manufacturer. During his 10 years with AC Nielsen, he was able to fully exploit his analytical skills and thereby gain a deep insight into the marketing of large international branded goods and trading companies.

After international responsibility at Nielsen up to the relaunch of the Nielsen Index, he was responsible for marketing, export and in-house market research for the family company Egger in the beer and lemonade sector for 5 years. Furthermore, he was able to acquire additional knowledge of this industry in projects for the chipboard industry.

With P&P in HR consulting since 2000, his main focus is on family businesses, FMCG, industry, mechanical engineering and the woodworking industry.

Specialization in management audit, new placement advice and organizational development round off his diverse areas of application.
