Miško Erak founded P&P Croatia in the year 2000 and continues to serve as the Managing Director. He completed his studies as a Civil Engineer in 1985 at the University of Zagreb and earned a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College in 1997. Miško spent several years as a mathematics professor in a high school.
His expertise lies in designing assessment centers, conducting training programs, particularly in the banking and finance sector, as well as specializing in outplacement and personnel recruitment.
