Maruša Kunc is the Managing Director of P&P InterSearch Slovenia. She joined the team in 2001 after earning a university degree in economics. At the outset of her career, she participated in reorganization projects, the redesign of job classification and compensation models for clients, and soon began independently leading such projects.

With over 20 years of experience in human resource management consulting, her areas of expertise include process optimization, reorganization, salary systems, implementation of Management by Objectives, Executive Search, and Management Assessments.

She has a passion for the sea and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
