Renate Morawietz-Ghezzi's professional focus lies in the field of personnel consulting. She primarily leads projects in personnel search, with a specific emphasis on headhunting for executives, as well as commercial and technical specialists, both nationally and internationally.

As an organizational sociologist, her responsibilities also encompass suitability assessments, assessments, new placements, orientation conversations, and support during onboarding. A particular concern of hers is the transformation of work potential into performance, which can be particularly successful through empathetic onboarding.

Renate Morawietz-Ghezzi also possesses extensive international experience. Consequently, all projects can be conducted in English as well.
