Pendl & Piswanger (P&P) started in 1980 as a personnel consultancy in Vienna. Today P&P is a full-service consultant specializing in executive search and human resource consulting.
P&P has been active across Austria and CEE since 1990 with currently 14 offices. P&P is the first address for cross-border personnel consulting, training and consulting.

As a shareholder of InterSearch with 90 offices worldwide, P&P/InterSearch is one of the top 10 consultants with a uniform international standard and its own training academy.

Stephan Blahut, General Secretary of the Austrian Business Association, brings people together, gives wings to ideas and helps companies to shape projects and products.
Franz Grohs
Franz Grohs was last Managing Director of T-Systems Austria. Before this, he was with T-Systems in various key positions internationally. Among his responsibilities were building a Nearshore/Offshore-Organisation and Cyber Security Center for T-Systems worldwide, and various functions in Sales & Service EMEA and APAC.
Gerhard Krennmair is a manager and recognized expert in the fields of digitization, business and strategy planning and e-commerce. Previously, he was managing director at Pendl & Piswanger and Hewlett Packard. He is a sought-after member in many business organizations and associations.
Walter Pfaller
Walter Pfaller is the founder of an international interim management company and has many years of experience as a managing director and supervisory board in several CEE countries and in the restructuring of national companies.
Alexander Picker has restructured international banks as Executive Director, specializes in crisis management and legal and operational mergers. As a multilingual manager and expert in World Bank projects, he is a sought-after speaker at international conferences.

Up to three years later we check your satisfaction with the managers or experts recommended by us and provide “advice and assistance”. If necessary, we also recommend a coach for further development. Your long-term success is our goal.

Each P&P training is reinforced by a follow-up or transfer concept and thus ensures the implementation of newly acquired knowledge, skills or abilities to a high degree. Our credo: master the future successfully!
