After completing her studies in psychology with a specialization in the field of business psychology, she started her career in personnel consulting at Hill Woltron, where she acquired the basic tools for the recruitment process over a 7-year period.
1993 she moved on to Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswnager GmbH where, in addition to her core business of "Implementing recruitment projects for customers, preferably in the automotive, energy, electrical engineering and machine / plant engineering industries", she was also able to build up sound expertise in the areas of management coaching, outplacement consulting, personnel marketing and potential analysis.
