WE continue to develop successfully together!

Our team came together last month for a team retreat to grow together and drive the vision of P&P forward!

A huge thank you to everyone in the team for your great energy and commitment that made this workshop so special! Special thanks also go to our amazing workshop leader - Klaudia Zehetgruber for her fantastic guidance and support!

But what do we particularly value both as providers of team retreats and as participants?

SUSTAINABILITY - The euphoria and motivation from the workshop should carry over into our everyday work!

The following points were particularly helpful to us:

• Defining an action plan and responsibilities: We work with the team to develop a joint and concrete action plan - with clear objectives, timeframes and responsibilities.
• Communication: The points developed are clearly communicated with all team members. This helps to ensure that everyone is informed about the measures and progress and can get involved.
• Integration into day-to-day work: We try to integrate the measures and ideas into the workflow as quickly as possible.
• Regular feedback: We regularly discuss progress, take up challenges and adapt.
• Recognition: We celebrate short-term successes as a team - even if they are small steps. This creates a positive atmosphere and increases motivation. It helps the team as a whole to feel valued.
