Since 2024, Mag. Angelika Kiessling-Kranzelmayer has headed the International Recruiting & Integration division at Pendl & Piswanger and has been a member of the executive management team since 2025. She is responsible for the development and implementation of international strategies for attracting and integrating skilled workers from third countries, as well as for consulting in the company’s core business areas.

With over 25 years of experience in senior management positions across the industrial, technology, and service sectors, she brings deep expertise in general management, strategy development, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Her strategic foresight, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills enable her to tackle complex challenges in a focused, sustainable manner—guided by both heart and mind.

Her key areas of focus include digitalization, innovation, healthcare, sustainability, and the development of people and organizations. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has completed numerous advanced training programs, including “Circular Economy & Sustainable Strategies” (University of Cambridge) and “Governance Excellence” (WU Executive Academy). Since 2025, she has also been teaching as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland.

In addition to her professional commitments, she is actively engaged as an ambassador for diversity, innovation culture, new work environments, and education. She advocates for the compatibility of family and career and supports young professionals as a mentor.
