Dr. Maria Tumbeva is a senior HR consultant and practitioner with over 15 years of professional experience in recruitment and executive search, assessment and development centers, as well as the management of complex HR and organizational projects.

Her career includes work with large international and local organizations across the IT, energy, services and education sectors. In her consulting practice, she works closely with senior and middle management on the selection of key specialists and executive leaders, organizational development, talent management and retention, and the implementation of HR processes aligned with business strategy.

Her key areas of expertise include:

• recruitment and executive search for senior and executive-level roles
• design and delivery of assessment and development centers
• end-to-end management of HR and organizational projects
• advisory support to leadership teams on organizational effectiveness, change management and leadership development.

A defining element of her professional profile is her active academic role as a lecturer in Master’s programs in Human Resource Management and Development at New Bulgarian University.
