Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Central Slovakia

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Managing total quality process
• Continue ensuring quality improvements e.g.
  • Reduction of waste material / scrap products & components
  • Workers’ productivity
• Claims management
• Optimize input / output / process flow

Requirements:

• Proven & tested quality professional with min 5 years managerial experience
• Familiar with industrial production environment, ideally within automotive or metal industry
• Assertive leader
• Convincing communication & motivation skills
• Fluent in English, Slovak native speaker
• Personally mobile
• Mature personality

Organization:

• Reporting to: solid line to Plant Director, dotted line to Group Quality Director (Vienna)
• Direct reports: 2 Quality-Engineers, 1 Team leader; 1 Quality -Assistant; total 17 staff in quality
